IHCA Ltd established IHCA Certification as a separate company in 2002, offering certification services against international, national, government and industry standards.
Like our parent company, IHCA Certification is a non-profit, community-based company, operating exclusively in the hospital, healthcare and community sectors.
IHCA Certification is JAS-ANZ accredited for the:
- Quality Management Systems program (AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008)
- Hospital Accredited Agencies program (Private Sector Quality Criteria)
- Australian Government's Disability Services Standards (Disability Employment Services)
- Queensland Disability Service Standards
IHCA Certification strives to offer impartial, cost-effective assessment and certification services and is committed to working with organisations to achieve progressive quality improvement as part of their certification process.

Since the establishment of IHCA Certification in 2002, the company has many achievements of note. None the least, particularly encouraging is the growth in client base. We are particularly thankful to those many organisations, which have experienced our work and passed on positive comments to potential clients. The feedback received has been most encouraging and points to the skill and expertise of our team of auditors, technical experts and our office staff.
IHCA Certification will continue to focus exclusively on certification activities within the human services sector and continue to strengthen our knowledge and excellence in this sector.
